Mokgadi Reabetsoe Letsoalo-Milwa

Mrs. Mokgadi Reabetsoe Letsoalo-Melwa is a 33 year old ambitious and driven young lady, Born in  Limpopo in a Village called Krantz-plaas in Ga Matlala  and raised in Palm Springs a Town Ship in the Vaal Triangle.

Mokgadi is a Wife, Mother, Youth Activist, Corporate Consultant and Entrepreneur currently residing in Alberton, East Rand.

Having matriculated in 2004 from General Smuts High, Mokgadi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and a BCom Financial Management Degree from the University of Johannesburg. ACCA Certified and Certified ITIL Practitioner, Currently Studying towards her MBA with North West University

Mokgadi Melwa is a professional SAIBA accredited Business Accountant with more than 10 years of Corporate Financial Systems Support Experience held in various positions providing Management Consultancy and IT Support Services within a corporate environment In Blue-Chip Companies Nationally and Across the African Continent in countries like Rwanda, Kenya, Namibia,DRC and Botswana.

Mokgadi Melwa ventured into the business world in 2014 to pursue her passion and desire to develop and build a successful sustainable black owned business while building a legacy as a full-time entrepreneur.

Mokgadi Melwa is the CEO at BUILDFIX ,A Construction Company and Building Materials Supplier,  Providing Innovative Building Materials Solutions such as BUILDKIT _ A Consolidated Plumbing and Electrical Equipment Packaged according to house Plan Specifications BUILDFIX provides employment to fellow young South Africans working on  various BUILDFIX Projects with the aim of assisting Government Objective of Empowering the Youth through skills development

Mokgadi Melwa also serves as the current Gauteng Chapter_ Interim Youth Chairperson of South African Women in Construction (SAWIC),  with a passion for Advocating for the Inclusion of Women and Youth in  equal participation in the Main Stream Construction and Built Environment Economy.

Her advice to young people who want to go into Entrepreneurship is “No situation can limit an individual who has a strong willingness to succeed”  and “No matter what situation you are in, do not lose hope” Young people need to prepare and empower themselves to succeed  and take full advantage of the opportunities that are currently available. The possibilities are limitless if you have the right attitude, work smartly and continuously strive to the best in what you do. Quoting her favourite scripture as Joshua 9 verse 1 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
